He has having more than a decade experience in structural designing field and having 3000 structure design under his belt and well known for his innovative design for any challenged requirement. Mr. Satendra Sharma having master degree in Structural Engineering & associated with various Engineering societies like Institute of Engineers, Indian Society of Structural Engineers, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers etc. He headed SMS Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd , and he given his technical soundness to various leading companies like Simens, Vodaphone, Airtel, HCL, Powergrid.

Ranjan Kumar Bal is a techno-commercial Professional having over 25 years of rich experience in delivering optimal results & business value in high-growth environment in the areas of Profit Centre Operations, Corporate Planning, Business Development and Manufacturing industry of repute. Before joining SAFE Towers, he was working as an Operation and Engineering Head with one of leading Organization i.e. General Dynamics Satcom India (Prodelin) (A 100% subsidiary of GENERAL DYNAMICS, USA) for the last 20 years. He was heading complete Operations of the Organization with major contributions in setting up a state of art manufacturing unit for VSAT and Microwave Antenna product line for domestic & International supply and successfully run an exclusive Engineering R&D center. He has Provided strong Leadership as Operation Head which role models General Dynamics values and demonstrates cultural awareness and maintain high personal visibility in ''General Dynamics Satcom India''. His ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a profitable outcome has proven to be one of his greatest assets. As evidence he has got vast experience in VSAT and MW product manufacturing, structural design, engineering, Sales and Marketing, SCM and product developments.He holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Operation Management.
