Fraudulent Job Offers - BEWARE!
This is to notify the public that some unscrupulous person posing themselves as employees/representatives/agents of Safe Towers Pvt. Ltd. and its associate/member companies with ulterior motive to earn wrongful gain and/or cheat the public at large are fraudulently offering jobs online on certain websites/through telephone calls, soliciting prospective candidates for job, and are asking them to deposit some amount in certain bank accounts.
It has come to our notice that these people are using the name, trademark and logo of Safe Towers Pvt. Ltd with a view to tarnish the image and reputation of Safe Towers Pvt. Ltd.
We wish to caution the general public that Safe Towers Pvt. Ltd. have neither appointed nor authorised any person or agency to offer jobs to people online on such websites, or to act on our behalf or use the name, trademark and logo/websites and hereby advise individuals and other parties concerned, not to fall prey to such fraudulent activities. We have already lodged police complaints against such fraudulent persons or entities.
The public in general are also advised not to be attracted or lured by any of their communication which solicit payment or otherwise.
ln case any member of the public is lured and offered a job with the Company and parted with any money in the form of token money, service charges, refundable or non-refundable security deposit, advance or in any other name; or accepted employment from such fraudulent entities or persons, Safe Towers Pvt. Ltd will not be held liable for any consequences thereof.
Safe Towers Pvt. Ltd. do not ask, solicit and accept any monies in any form from the candidates/job applicants/potential job seekers who have applied or wish to apply to us, whether online or otherwise.

Fraudulent Tower Installation Offers - BEWARE!
Safe Tower wishes to inform the public that it is a Design and manufacturing Company who engaged in supplying of towers, monopoles, poles, and other structural items, providing installation support and services as required by its customers. Safe Tower does not issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for mobile tower installations, nor does it participate in rental income agreements related to such installations. Any communication or offer purporting to be from Safe Tower regarding NOC issuance or rental agreements is fraudulent and should be immediately reported to the concerned mobile service provider and the local police authorities.
It has come to our attention that unscrupulous individuals, falsely representing themselves as employees, representatives, or agents of Safe Tower Pvt. Ltd. and its associated/member companies, are fraudulently soliciting money from land or premise owners under the pretext of obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) or some Telecom Operators for the deployment of telecom infrastructure. These individuals act with the ulterior motive of wrongful gain and/or to defraud the public.
Safe Tower Pvt. Ltd. has not appointed or authorized any person or agency to negotiate land acquisition for rental income, nor to act on its behalf in such matters. We have not authorized anyone to use our name, trademark, logo, or website for such fraudulent activities. The public is strongly advised not to be deceived by such fraudulent schemes.
The public is further cautioned against responding to any communication soliciting payment of any kind, including but not limited to token money, service charges, refundable or non-refundable security deposits, or advances. Safe Tower Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any consequences arising from individuals who are lured by such fraudulent offers, make payments, or accept employment from these fraudulent entities or persons.
